So what does a wife beater from Chicago do? :: 07/04/2013

Former CeaseFire guy, Tio, has apparently found religion, and wants to be an advocate. Thanks to our friends at Guns Save Lives for this outrageous look at what a Chicago wife beater does when his wife drops the charges. You can see the entire article here http://www.gunssavelife.com/?p=8220 Since he's been arrested twice for domestic violence, he'll probably be a fine advocate for domestic violence--as long he remains the source of the violence. Give us a break with these guys. CeaseFire may paint us as hard liners, but I'm pretty sure FOAC is free from characters like Tio.

We thought it might begood day to remind everyone to take at least a moment from tomorrow's celebrations, and give ample thought to the absolute bravery of those Original Rebels who signed the Declaration of Independence. You can Google this, and perhaps some of the "facts" presented have taken on a life of their own over time, but the message is still very clear.

United Nations vs. the Second Amendment :: 06/30/2013

In advance of any voters' guides we might publish (Casey's term isn't up until 2019), keep this vote in your memory banks. Note that vote was not on the actual arms treaty, but it was a vote to allow the United Nations Arms Treaty to come before the Senate. We're shocked, not so much at Casey, but on the 46 Senators that voted the wrong way.

Shoot vs. Don't Shoot. How's your knowledge on Castle Doctrine? :: 06/29/2013

We continue to be amazedby the number of folks who think that Castle Doctrine gives Pennsylvanians a reason to use lethal force to protect property. This poor guy lives in Washington State, where the laws are similar to ours. If you think you know all of the nuances of the Castle Doctrine, you probably don't. Read, understand, and if you still don't get it, send an e-mail to submissions&foacpac.org , or look up the actual law.

King Obama rules by Executive Orders--this one reaches too far :: 06/27/2013

Many years ago, while stationed at a base that had nuclear weapons delivery systems, we were required to report any suspicious behavior, not just security issues. It was our job, and we all understood why the Human Reliability Program was important.

If you are black, or female, you shouldn't own a gun. :: 06/26/2013

Butler County man forced to file suit against the PSP because THEIR records are WRONG! :: 06/25/2013

Despite promises to force the PSP to comply with public law, they're at it again. There was an article in today's PG about a Butler County man incorrectly labeled as mentally defective. Please give it a read, and read the comments that follow. Pennsylvanians are fed up with the draconian Gestapo techniques of the PSP, and also very upset that the Governor stands around with a big smile on his face, and fails to reign them in.
