Supreme Court Weighs gun rights challenge :: 01/23/2014

"The Supreme Court took up a new gun rights case on Wednesday, weighing whether it should be a crime for someone to buy a gun for somebody else, if both people are legally allowed to own one."

This is crucial, and we think you should follow this very closely. Lawful trade in commercial off the shelf goods can and MUST be limited to insure the wrong people don't get arms and ammo (see the Arms Export and Control Act of 1976, and 22CFR120-130). Law abiding US Persons, however, should be unfettered in their right to purchase a firearm for any non prohibited US Person. The short version is that there are adequate regulations in place, and adequate penalties, and the BATFE must be reigned in.
