Molon Labe-San Francisco magazine ban. :: 10/31/2013

The Mayor hasn't signed this yet, but likely will. Kalifornia has no pre-emption, so moonbats can pass all the feel good legislation they want. We are just sooo sure that criminals are going to line up around the block to turn in magazines that can hold more than 10 rounds. Its time for California gun owners to take a stand. The next thing you know some character will pass a Lost or Stolen ordinance here in Pennsylvania, sort of a "in your face" move against Pennsylvania's Title 18 Preemption Statute. Yes, we know that's already happened, we just couldn't help but turn on the sarcasm button. And with the Lost or Stolen laws in Pennsylvania, how many successful prosecutions? Here's a hint--close your eyes and tell us what you see.
