State Representative Josh Kail and FOAC-ILLEA for a concealed carry seminar!  FOAC-ILLEA President Jim Stoker and friends will be presenting such topics as sources of law, defining firearms, when do you need a license to carry firearms, what to do when you encounter law enforcement, where you can or can not carry, reciprocity, use of force, presumptions of threat, stand your ground, castle doctrine, liability, and what to expect if you have to use your firearm in self-defense.  We also offer a Q&A session after to discuss personal questions or concerns.  We hope to see you there!!
