NBC News and PA Attorney General Josh Shapiro's Office Commit Felonies by Manufacturing a Firearm for NBC News...When will Charges be Filed? Was AG Josh Shapiro Complicit in the Federal and State Violations of Law? :: 03/25/2022

In a recent NBC News video that was reported on by Ammoland, Reporter and the “team at NBC News” decided to investigate what they termed “ghost guns,” including the process to purchase one. However, they didn’t stop there. As declared in the video, Reporter Hillyard started out in Philadelphia, at a gun show where he purchases a hunk of plastic, and thereafter, declares that two weeks later he “returned to Pennsylvania and met up with special agents from the AG’s Office, who agreed to use the kit we purchased from the show and build it into a ghost gun. We won’t show you all the steps but for the agents it only took some drilling.” (From the video, it is clear that there are at least two agents from the PA AG’s Office involved in the unlawful manufacture and transfer of a firearm in the absence of a federal firearm license, as discussed below)

ATF Sends Open Letter to FFL Holders Regarding Forced Reset :: 03/24/2022

Earlier today, 24 March, 2022, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (BATF) sent out a letter to all Federal Firearms License (FFL) holders advising of their new declarations related to Forced Reset Triggers (FRT). Short version of the message- they are machine guns, yes just the trigger parts are now considered to be machine guns by your friends at ATF. Lying in a drawer, or just held in your hand they are machine guns, all by themselves.

Constitutional Carry not stopping Texas police from seizing illegally possessed guns :: 03/22/2022

One of the go-to arguments of opponents of Constitutional Carry is that by removing the requirement that legal gun owners be licensed to carry, police will have no idea who can or can’t bear arms lawfully. That was an oft-repeated claim during the recent debates in states like Ohio, Alabama, Georgia, and Indiana, with gun control activists and some law enforcement figures chiding supporters of Constitutional Carry for allegedly allowing prohibited persons to carry a gun without consequence.
