US Supreme Court asks Maryland why 2nd Amendment applies only to one's home

This was a busy day for the 2nd Amendment. The California Assembly votes 45-29 to ban openly carried handguns in the state on the same day that a Federal District Judge reaffirms our right to openly carry a loaded firearm in public.

Despite the worst efforts of the Brady Center/Campaign, the LCAV and various other anti-gun groups, no Federal Court has issued a binding or persuasive decision that the 2nd Amendment applies only to one's home.
