There is no end to the shameful effort of the Obama administration to take away the 2nd Amendment. Please read the article, and submit a comment to the author in support of his position. Here's what we sent:
A timely filed PFA, at least here in Pennsylvania, would have resulted in the confiscation of all owned firearms from the murderer. Even with that, he could have simply ignored the law, held a firearm back, or bought another through a private sale--all illegal if he had a PFA against him.
When are the sheeple going to wake up to the fact that background checks are only as good as the information on file for a particular person, background checks don't address straw purchasers, Federal gun crime prosecution is down, and has been going down since Obama took office.
Universal background checks = registration = confiscation. Don't believe me, look at the letters being sent to New York residents insisting they turn in .22 rifles with tubular magazines because they hold "too many" rounds. And where did the names of the owners come from? New York's draconian registration laws.
