SAN ANTONIO – A man was fatally shot after he attacked his relative with a baseball bat at his own car wash.

Earlier, the suspect called the man over to the car wash, and that’s when an argument ensued.

“They had a disturbance and it escalated from there," O’Connor said, adding that the suspect was described as “acting weird.”

When police arrived, the car wash owner told officers “I shot him.”

He was shot on the right side.

The car wash owner was hospitalized due to his injuries.

Preliminary reports state the two were related.

The ages of the killed suspect and victim are unknown.

No charges are expected to be filed.
