Proposed Pennsylvania Senate Legislation SB98

this is an anti-gun bill   evalutation

This bill perpetuates the idea, to which FOAC is opposed, that a city of the 1st class (Philadelphia) should have 'different gun laws'. Title 18, Section 6108 violates Constitutional principles of 'equal protection'.

This legislation would provide for a mandatory 2 year sentence for illegally carrying a firearm.
