Persons not to possess law needs to be cleaned up if not removed, let alone have mandatory sentences strengthened behind it. If a person is a threat to society they should ne in prison for their offense, not for mere possession of a firearm after being released by the courts. Strengthen the courts and punish/reform appropriately.
