Though not specifically related to firearms, this is a dangerous precedent for legislation, providing the courts to assign an electronic tracking device to a person who has not been accused of or found guilty of a crime. This is dangerous to every American, and fails to take into consideration the abuse of the protection from abuse system. A clear violation of due process, where once again we have people thinking society will be safer by further infringing upon the Constitution. We've included this in our notification so you can see how dangerous certain ideas are becoming.
