This is another piece of legislation that deals with the concept of "lost or stolen" mandatory reporting requirements imposed by government on citizens who can be prosecuted if they fail to report within 24 hours.

This is a centerpiece of the anti-gun agenda to put the burden on citizens to report firearms lost or stolen within a particular period of time.
