Proposed Pennsylvania House Legislation HB917

this is an anti-gun bill   evalutation

Writing legislation that once again only restricts those who already abide by the laws on the books. Disguised guns (pen guns, cane guns, etc...) are another non-issue in crime and passing legislation for fear of what legislators FEEL is dangerous isn't supported by statistics.
