This bill creates a Firearms Eligibility License requirement to purchase guns. This bill will do the following:
Require firearms training classes within 3 years of the date of the license
Prohibit firearm purchases by ANYONE from out of state.
Add new fees for the lawful purchase of firearms to procure the license.
Violate PA Constitution - Article 1, Section 21.
Require court action to restore rights with NO penalty for government mistakes.
