Proposed Pennsylvania House Legislation HB1753

this is an anti-gun bill   evalutation

This legislation would require mandatory training prior to the purchase of a firearm and prior to being licensed to carry a concealed firearm and is based upon an inflated and incorrect statistical analysis of firearms accidents. It equates firearms ownership with a drivers license and car ownership.
