Proposed Federal Senate Legislation SB3332

watching this bill   evalutation

The FBI and the JTTF shall be immediately notified of any request to transfer a firearm or explosive to a person who is, or within the previous 10 years was, the subject of a terrorism investigation by any Federal department or agency.

Allows for arrest based on 'Probable Cause' but due process is provided for but 'discovery' is not spelled out.

This bill is troubling as there is NO redress for presence on these lists nor accountability for being placed on them.
