Title: Justice for Victims of School Shootings Act

Subject: Crime and law enforcement: Assault and harassment offenses: Criminal procedure and sentencing: Elementary and secondary education: Firearms and explosives: Higher education: Violent crime

Description: Establishes additional criminal penalties for discharging or attempting to discharge a firearm in a school zone. In addition, it revises the applicable definition of school to include colleges, universities, and other postsecondary institutions.
