Idaho passes Metcalfe's HB 357 :: 03/26/2014

"The bill, SB 1332, came to Otter's desk after being passed unanimously (with three abstentions)by the state House and Senate."

Idaho's legislature easily came to an agreement on this issue. So can Pennsylvania. This follows a similar bill in Missouri that we previously reported on.
