Deputy Mike Mongeluzzo and his trainee responded to a burglary call in the 7400 block of Southeast 22nd Avenue. When they arrived, the teen was sitting in the driver’s seat of the Jaguar while the owner was pointing a gun at him.

The man told deputies he took the firearm from the boy and hit him with it. Mongeluzzo reported the left side of the teen’s head had blood on it.
