Daniel St Hubert, 27, has been arrested in connection with the death of P.J. Avitto, 6, and the attack on Mikayla Capers, 7, last week. Police also suspect he could be responsible for stabbing 18-year-old Tanaya Copeland just four blocks away, but investigations continue.
