Institute for Legal, Legislative and Educational Action
This legislation is a substantially revised version of what was introduced in the last session. It was known then, and now, as the secret compartments bill. In the last session there was a great many vague and contradictory language sections. While this one is much reduced and more clear it still remains a concern as to how this will be implemented in the field.
