This legislation would authorized the use of semi-automatic functioning firearms for hunting in PA. It would bring PA inline with 48 other states that allow this option for hunters. Even notorious anti-gun states such as Maryland, New Jersey, New York, California and Hawaii all the use of these kinds of firearms.
