Institute for Legal, Legislative and Educational Action
This legislation would change the current law regarding carrying a concealed weapon and the License to Carry Firearms procedures to a two-tiered process.
Would unequivocally provide that citizens of Pennsylvania have a right to carry a firearm anywhere in PA without a licensing requirement. It would also continue the licensing process for citizens who wish to travel with a firearm for self-defense to be able to utilize the reciprocity agreements we have with other states.
